At Omega Amsterdam, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return at our Amsterdam warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
